MedDeviceMatch provides an AI-powered regulatory gap analysis tool that helps medical device companies identify potential compliance gaps between an existing regulatory submission and the requirements of target international markets. The service generates pre-audit diagnostic reports only — it is not a regulatory consulting service and does not constitute regulatory advice.
Read carefully before using this service.
Reports generated by MedDeviceMatch are AI-generated pre-audit diagnostic tools. They are not a substitute for professional regulatory affairs consultation. All findings must be independently reviewed and validated by a certified Regulatory Affairs Professional (RAP) before being used in connection with any regulatory submission. MedDeviceMatch, its operators, and affiliates assume no liability for regulatory decisions, submission outcomes, or market access delays arising from use of this service.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization to use this service. By uploading documents, you represent that you have the legal right to share those documents with a third-party service provider.
You agree not to:
Uploaded dossier files are permanently and automatically deleted 60 minutes after report generation. This deletion is irreversible. You are responsible for retaining copies of your original documents. MedDeviceMatch is not liable for any loss of data arising from this deletion policy, which you accept by using the service.
You retain all rights to documents you upload. The gap analysis reports generated from your documents are licensed to you for your internal business use. The MedDeviceMatch platform, software, and AI pipeline are the proprietary property of MedDeviceMatch.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedDeviceMatch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to regulatory submission failures, market access delays, or business losses arising from use of this service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific analysis giving rise to the claim.
